I’m finally back after a great, relaxing long weekend in Cabo. Here’s some of my favorite moments from my trip, courtesy of Instagram.

Looks like a fun and relaxing trip! Did you have any trouble finding or ordering vegan meals?
I was a bit more limited food option wise because I typically do not eat grains in addition to being vegan, so it was a challenge! It was also an all-inclusive resort so the menu was very limited to begin with.
I pretty much this entire trip lived on corn chips (which I usually can’t have/don’t eat), guacamole and margaritas. Nothing wrong with that though! š
My next visit to Mexico I probably won’t go the all-inclusive route so I can have more options with what I eat.
